Charitable Foundation Platform

Designed and implemented the internal backend and server infrastructure for a charitable foundation, with a focus on process automation, stable recurring donations and instant team notifications.

Challenge

The foundation needed to move routine processes into an automated flow and make the website a reliable fundraising tool. Manual request handling, irregular donation behavior and limited analytics made operations slower than they needed to be.

Solution

I designed the backend architecture, configured server infrastructure, integrated recurring payments, automated volunteer and assistance forms, connected Telegram notifications and added analytics for donations, geography and devices.

Expected impact

The team received a stable automated IT system. Telegram notifications reduced manual checking, recurring donations made fundraising more predictable, and analytics gave management clearer data for further growth.

Charitable foundations run on trust, payment reliability and how fast the team can respond. When request handling and payment processing are manual, the team spends valuable time on routine work instead of actually helping people.

The goal for the Niyat foundation website was to turn it into a reliable, fully automated tool that runs without interruption and takes over the routine work.

What was built

1. A dependable backend and infrastructure Designed and configured the site’s internal technical layer and server infrastructure from scratch. The site is optimized to stay fast and stable even under peak load — for example, when a large fundraising campaign launches and thousands of people visit at once.

2. A donor dashboard Built a personal area for site users. Every donor now has a dashboard where they can review their full donation history at any time, download reports, or see exactly which programs their money supported. This meaningfully increases the foundation’s transparency and the trust people place in it.

3. Recurring donations Stability matters most for charitable organizations. I built a “smart donations” system: donors can set up a monthly subscription directly from their dashboard or at checkout. Donations are charged automatically and securely each month, and donors can manage or cancel the subscription themselves in one click.

4. Instant Telegram notifications So the foundation’s team never loses a minute, I connected the site to the staff’s working chat through a Telegram bot. The system now reacts instantly:

  • A donation comes in? The team sees the amount right away.
  • A request for help arrives? The chat gets notified immediately.
  • A volunteer fills out a form? The data reaches staff instantly.

This removed the need for the team to constantly refresh email and check the admin panel.

5. Transparent analytics Built an internal reporting system that collects payment data. Foundation management sees detailed reports in real time: which cities and countries donations come from, which devices people prefer, and which payment methods are most popular. This makes it easier to allocate resources and grow the platform.

Result

The Niyat foundation now has a modern, secure IT platform. The donor dashboard made interactions with donors transparent and convenient, automation freed up dozens of hours of staff time, and recurring payments gave the project financial stability.
